Growth Opportunity Review A paid assessment for a defined product range
The Growth Opportunity Review is a paid Amazon Seller Central audit of the products, evidence and commercial question agreed in advance. It tests whether the next move should be advertising, stronger product pages, a different offer, better stock planning or no additional spend yet.
We examine the decision using your account information, product economics and operating constraints. You receive supported priorities and a plan your team can use with us or independently.

Decision under review
01 / Why the review is paid
A first conversation can establish the situation and whether we are likely to fit. It cannot responsibly reconcile months of account information, costs, stock and prior decisions.
We quote the required advertising, listing or account work directly. The review is an optional service, not an entry fee for every engagement.
02 / The question comes first
We agree the commercial question and selected products before asking for access. The work does not begin by assuming the account is broken or every product has hidden potential.
A typical small review covers one marketplace and up to five parent ASINs, subject to catalogue, campaign and data complexity.
Which products in this range deserve further Amazon investment?
What should be addressed before we increase advertising?
Is the main constraint traffic, conversion, offer, stock or account operation?
What is a sensible first test, budget boundary and observation period?
Should we pursue the opportunity now, narrow it or avoid further spending?
03 / What you receive
The final material connects the account evidence to an order of work. It remains useful whether your team implements the plan, another provider carries it out or you ask Dominators to continue.
Growth Opportunity Review
Decision brief
Proceed only with the products and actions supported by the agreed evidence.
Example document structure. The content changes with the agreed question.
The selected products, reporting periods, available evidence, relevant costs, material constraints and limits on the analysis.
The demand, advertising, conversion, offer, stock and account observations that matter to the agreed question.
A management contribution view when the supplied costs are reliable enough to support one.
The order of work, the purpose of each action, its owner and anything that must happen before it can begin.
The likely work, media or production requirements, dependencies and decision points for the first 90 days.
A discussion of the recommendation, alternatives and assumptions, plus editable material your business keeps.
04 / How the review works
We confirm the marketplace, selected products, commercial question and the person who will make the final decision.
The proposal names the reports, product information and client authorised access required for the analysis.
We examine the selected range, compare the available options and record assumptions or unexplained differences.
You receive the findings pack and a meeting to discuss the recommendation, alternatives and next steps.
The proposal confirms the products, required inputs, fixed fee and delivery target. The timing begins from receipt of the complete agreed information.
05 / Information required
We request only the information relevant to the agreed question. Your business remains the source for product costs, supplier commitments and internal decisions.
Named ASINs, variations, prices, positioning, sales, traffic, conversion and returns.
Campaign, search term, placement and spend records for the agreed products and period.
Business supplied product costs, relevant Amazon charges, stock on hand, inbound units and reorder timing.
Prior tests, promotions, known account constraints and the people responsible for finance, brand and Amazon decisions.
Named, client authorised access with the minimum permissions needed for the work.
We record what the supplied figures include and which conclusions remain uncertain.
No shared passwords or unnecessary customer level information through the initial enquiry.
06 / Possible conclusions
The review succeeds when it supports a better decision. It does not succeed merely because it creates more work for the agency.
The evidence supports a defined product range and a controlled implementation plan.
A specific advertising, listing or operating task should come before a wider commitment.
Stock, pricing, content, compliance or another dependency needs attention before growth spending.
One limited action can answer the next question without committing the full budget.
The evidence or economics do not support further investment at this point.
If the evidence supports only one workstream, you can commission focused Amazon advertising work or commission a defined listing project without buying a wider implementation engagement.

08 / Relevant operating evidence
We separate account reported facts, calculations, assumptions and conclusions. The figures below show relevant Seller Central experience. They do not prove that another product range contains a viable opportunity.

09 / Common questions
No. We use it when an important investment decision is not clear enough for responsible implementation. If the products and required work are already understood, we can quote the Growth Partnership or a smaller project directly.
Only when the proposal expressly includes it. The standard review delivers analysis, priorities and an implementation plan. Execution is scoped separately, so your business decides who carries it out.
Yes. The agreed findings material belongs to your business. If you later ask us to implement it, we reuse the completed analysis instead of charging to build the same baseline again.
We identify what is missing and explain how it limits the decision. We may narrow the question, use clearly labelled estimates approved by your team or recommend waiting until the required information is available.
We agree a fixed fee for the defined marketplace, products, question and complexity before work starts. Larger ranges, multiple marketplaces or detailed modelling receive a separate quote.
Your business receives the agreed findings and decides separately whether, when and who should implement them. You can use your internal team, another provider or ask Dominators to quote the supported work; buying the review does not authorise ongoing delivery.
Yes. Waiting, narrowing the range or declining further investment is a valid outcome when the evidence, economics or operating conditions do not support more work. The review succeeds by improving the decision, not by creating an agency project.
Bring us the decision, not just the account
Tell us the marketplace, products, decision and what currently prevents you from making it confidently. We will first establish whether the question justifies a paid review or whether a direct service makes more sense.
